I'm Toni.

As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) my world revolved around data, contingencies, science. As a Special Educator I was constantly reminded of the importance of compassion and flexibility.

Coaching requires a balance of science and heart; much like parenting itself which can be a beautiful blend of chaos and love. It is important to meet every family where they are and build a unique plan to get where they want to be. Combining a holistic mentality with empirical research, I support parents and families in raising their neurodiverse littles.
